Samar Villa is a luxury Homestay situated on Binsar Goa Road, Near, Kasar Devi Temple, Almora, Uttarakhand, offering panoramic himalayan views, It's spread all over a hillside.   • Treat our place as your own & keep it clean.
  • All the rooms are situated on the first floor and ground floor.  It is set up to make you feel comfortable with a luxurious flavour and is replete with essentials like Treditional Fireplace, TV & ironing board. The closet makes for storing your belongings & valuables.
  • A duble hight state-of-the-art lobby along with mezzanine is set with 2 sofa-cum-double bed, thereby inviting you to lounge comfortably and read the books in your leisurely time.
  • The attached kitchenette is equipped with essentials like: Fridge, Microwave, Induction, Gas Stove, Water Purifier, Water Dispenser, Geyser and Dinner Sets these all are shared amenities.  Use & kindly keep them clean.
  • The bathroom has a geyser, you can use warm water if needed.

  • The grocery store is only a minute away from our homestay.   There are few restaurant near by homestay, where from you can order your own choice of food.  You may also inquire about a paid meal.
  • We strongly advise everyone to take care of your belongings & valuables during the hoestays, Our Homestay will not responsible for the same.
  • Alcohol, Drugs or any kind of illegal activities are prohibited in the property.  You may smoke outside the cottage or you may smoke in balcony area, Please keep your room locked.
  • Loud sounds are prohibited in the property.  But you can use Hometheater or Normal Speakers for your entertainment or you may ask for the same.
  • If any damage is caused to our property by your side during the homestay,  then you will have to compensate, or Samar Villa will be charged you for the same.
  • There will be a charge for using the bonfire, Please inquire about it before making your booking.
